Awana Staff Training #3

All seasoned Awana Staff and those interested in serving with us this year for Awana must attend these Staff training sessions. This final session covers the Book Time and the expectations of Leaders, clubbers, listeners  and LITTs. Lori will do a self-guided session on how to go through the books, how to log finished section on the forms provide, and how to manage difficult situations. Again, being a positive cheerleader is the best way to make the Gospel of our Lord Jesus appealing to the clubbers. We will get to practice this as well.

If personnel and time allow, we will be handing out door hangers in the adjacent neighborhoods.
